Terms of Service

• Colour and size variations in live animals are natural — most shipments include juveniles or sub-adults for safer transport.
• We cannot refund orders if:
  • You are not home to receive the delivery, or
  • Incorrect shipping details were provided.
• Acclimation Guidance:
  • Float the sealed bag in your tank.
  • Add 25% tank water to the bag every 30 minutes.
  • Introduce livestock only after gradual acclimation is complete.
