Regular Goods:
- 30-day return policy for all non-perishable items.
- If you experience any issues, please contact us before leaving feedback — we aim to resolve all problems quickly and professionally.
Live Goods (Shrimp & Snails):
- Returns are not accepted due to the nature of live animals.
- Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
- You contact us within 1 hour of delivery, and
- Provide clear photos of deceased livestock in the original, unopened bag.
