Regular Goods:

  • 30-day return policy for all non-perishable items.
  • If you experience any issues, please contact us before leaving feedback — we aim to resolve all problems quickly and professionally.

Live Goods (Shrimp & Snails):

  • Returns are not accepted due to the nature of live animals.
  • Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
    • You contact us within 1 hour of delivery, and
    • Provide clear photos of deceased livestock in the original, unopened bag.
