Regular Goods:
We ship using Royal Mail 48 from Monday to Saturday with same-day dispatch for orders placed before the cut-off time. Customers have the option to upgrade to a 24-hour delivery service at checkout for a small additional fee.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are calculated and included at checkout where applicable. If not applied automatically, please apply your own knowledge in regards to whether import costs will need to be paid by buyer upon arrival in destination country. We do not ship live goods internationally.
General Notes:
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your selected shipping method.

Returns
Regular Goods:
We offer a 30-day return policyas standard for all non-perishable items. If you encounter any issues, please contact us before leaving feedback –your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any problems promptly.
Live Goods (Shrimp & Snails):
Due to the nature of live goods, returns are not accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if our guidelines are followed: Contact us within 1 hour of delivery to report any issues. Provide clear photos of deceased animals within the original, unopened bag to qualify for a refund.
Other information
The beauty of Mother Nature:
The color and size of live creatures may vary with each batch.Sizes will differ with every order. Most shipments include juveniles and sub-adults to ensure safe transport and optimal adaptation to their new environment. Shrimp and fish will fully color up once they are settled and matured in their new habitat.
Living creatures are not plastic items. We will not refund orders if: you are not available to receive the delivery or your shipping address details are incorrect.
Proper Acclimation: Always introduce fish to your tank using the floating method: Float the sealed bag in your tank. Gradually exchange 25% of the bag water every 30 minutes. Only introduce the fish to the aquarium after this process is complete to ensure a safe transition.
